Noble Truck Equipment is hiring skilled technicians for our vehicle upfitting team. We’re looking for individuals who are knowledgeable, hands-on, and take pride in high-quality work.

COMPENSATION (Flat Rate – Production Hours):

  • Level 1 Technician: $25/hour
  • Level 2 Technician: $30/hour
  • Lead Technician: $35/hour

 

GROWTH & ADVANCEMENT:

Entry-level with foundational experience

  • Willing to learn and grow in vehicle upfitting

LEVEL 2 TECHNICIAN ($30)

Experienced and capable

  • Must have own tools
  • Strong wiring and electrical knowledge
  • Welding experience is a plus (not required)
  • Experience in vehicle upfitting preferred
  • Able to install components with minimal supervision
  • Can assist with installing/removing truck bodies
  • Able to operate a forklift
  • Works efficiently and keeps a clean workspace
  • Completes jobs from start to finish with limited guidance

LEAD TECHNICIAN ($35)

Expert level – independent and highly skilled

  • Must have own tools
  • Advanced wiring and electrical expertise
  • Welding experience is a plus (not required)
  • Extensive experience in vehicle upfitting
  • Able to complete full builds independently from start to finish
  • Troubleshoots and solves problems without supervision
  • Leads projects and supports team members
  • Ensures quality, efficiency, and deadlines are met
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
